SERVICES WE PROVIDE
911 Emergency and Non-Emergency
Each CCP ambulance consists of at least one ALS Paramedic and an additional Paramedic or EMT partner. Each Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is equipped identically and are stocked at or above the Idaho EMS Standards.
Specialty Care Interfacility Transports
CCP provides the citizens and the hospitals contained within Canyon County with specialty care transfer services. In the event that one of the local hospitals needs to transfer a critical patient to one of the tertiary hospitals in Boise, CCP is equipped and trained to safely complete these transfers using equipment such as IV infusion pumps and ventilators.
Non-Emergency Transports
CCP can also be utilized for non-emergency transports when a patient is unable to be transferred via conventional methods of a car or van.
Paramedic/ALS Ambulance Intercepts
CCP provides area BLS/ILS ambulance services the luxury of the assistance of Paramedic level care with a call for an Intercept. A CCP MICU will rendezvous with an ambulance on their way to a hospital within Canyon Co. and assist with more advanced care as needed. CCP will also assist surrounding counties as needed with a mutual aid response.
Community Event Standbys
CCP Provides local community event standby medical coverage as needed for the specific event. Some of the events that CCP provides medical coverage for are the Canyon Co Fair, Melba Days, many Idaho Center and other area facility events.
